At Camellia Nail Bar, we’ve got you covered with our 7-day Nail Guarantee on Gel and Shellac manicures! If normal wear and tear leads to chipping, don’t worry we’ll repair it for free. If you’re getting a quick refresh with our Magic Polish, enjoy a 2-day guarantee there as well.
This policy does NOT apply to a child service and air dry polish.

We offer Free Removal when you book the Same Service with a new manicure, pedicure. To qualify, your previous set must have been done by us – making your nails refresh seamless and worry-free.

A few simple guidelines to help us take the best care of you.
Removal Policy
We don’t charge Removal for repeat SAME service which was done in our location but please book extra time for removal process. Removal is required extra time and will be charged if booked for different services. Extra time for French, ombre or Nail Art is needed. Choose “Add service” or leave us a note so we can add to your appointment.
Payment Policy
We accept approved payment methods, including e-transfer, cash and card. All credit card payments are subject to a 2,4% processing fee. Camellia Nail Bar reserves the right to decline counterfeit currency and address suspected fraudulent payment in accordance with applicable laws.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unexpected life events may happen, 
but we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Failure to notify the day before will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
To cancel, we can be reached by phone Salon Number or you can cancel online via our booking website.
No show Policy
Failure to show up/call to cancel an appointment will be considered a No Show.
A no show will automatically result in a $25 no show fee applied to your account. After 3 no shows, you will no longer be able to book appointments online. We will only accept appointments on a walk-in basis.Â

Late Arrivals
We ask that you please call and let us know if you are going to be late to your appointment. Being over 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling if we do not have the time to accommodate.
